and so it begins

I had my first appointment today. I'm not going to dwell on what I said, or didn't say. What I am more interested in is the journey that I have started on.

Some of the things that came up is the idea of my lack of relationships might (and I stress that beyond anything) be related to the fact that I watched my father die, then watched as my mother didn't cope with relationships after that......this was all from the age of 12 onwards. Hard core.

Anxiousness in the house - could be what I am bringing in with me.......

I am both scared and excited about the journey......
